Northern Kentucky Water Sentinels Alliances Northern Kentucky Water Sentinels endeavor to protect, improve and restore Kentucky’s waters by fostering alliances to promote water quality monitoring, public education and citizen action. As our Mission states, we foster alliances to accomplish our goals. As a matter of fact, we would accomplish very little if it were not for the people and organizations that we work with as fellow stewards of Kentucky’s waters.
