The Savannah River
Who:Cheryl Where: The Savannah River
Why: The river is still very beautiful, although it is being
developed along it's still lush banks. It separates SC and GA and is full
of wildlife, beautiful woods along its shore and indian and colonial sites
along it's banks. We still get our drinking water from this river. In the
hot Georgia summers it is cool and refreshing. I walk and bike it's banks
each day here in my hometown of Augusta, GA
