Letchworth State Park

letchworth lower falls

Who: Ken
Where: Letchworth State Park, New York

Why: Beautiful falls and steep canyons. Often called the Grand Canyon of the East. Camping and many hiking trails. Native American history. Runs between Mt. Morris and Portageville NY. Seventeen miles of beauty in Wyoming county. Grew up with this "in my back yard". One of first huge wooden trestles in the world before burning down.
